A rear-elevation patio cover wrapping the back of an Arlington brick home. Dark-stained timber posts, recessed downlights, string lights tucked under the rafters. The slab was poured fresh — no patching the existing concrete.
Built for August lunches and January fires. Hot tub plumbing was rough-stubbed for a future install; the conduit is already in the slab.
