- 01 Pergolas + patio covers
Hand-joined cedar with hidden steel connectors so the structure reads like pure timber. Tongue-and-groove ceilings, recessed downlights, optional metal roof for rain shelter. Builds typically run three to seven months.
- 02 Whole-home renovation
Take a house back to studs and rebuild it. Eight to fourteen months, design through delivery. We hold the existing footprint when the architecture supports it and earn every change of envelope.
- 03 Kitchen + bath
Kitchens designed around the way you actually cook. Master baths in honed marble, brass, and warm light. Sculleries hidden behind plain doors when the layout allows. Venting cut through the right walls — not the easy ones.
- 04 Custom saunas + steam rooms
Cedar saunas built and tuned by hand for a real Finnish heat curve — indoor, outdoor, in-suite. Steam rooms with smart moisture control. (Sauna-only? Our sister studio DFW Custom Sauna handles those.)
