Every project starts at your kitchen table — not a quote in your inbox. From there, drawings and finishes are settled before a hammer swings, and the studio sees the build through to the last line of trim.
- 01 The first call
I pick up. We talk for twenty minutes. If the project is a fit for the studio we'll set a walkthrough. If not, I'll tell you who to call.
- 02 Walkthrough
I come to the property. We walk it together. No clipboard, no laptop — just you, me, and the room.
- 03 Design & estimate
Two to four weeks. Drawings, finishes, fixed price. We don't move dirt until the design and the number are clear to both of us.
- 04 Build
Outdoor builds typically run three to seven months; whole-home work eight to fourteen. Weekly walkthroughs the entire time, on site or by appointment.
